A woman human rights defender with more than 17 years’ experience providing technical, administrative, logistical, and accompaniment support to human rights organizations working on security, safety, wellbeing, and risk management for human rights defenders, especially those on the frontline and at risk. Digital security and safety trainer. Key staff member at International Commission of Jurists implementing the incubation project giving birth to the Southern Africa Human Rights Defenders Network (SouthernDefenders), where she is part of the founding secretariat serving as the regional special projects lead, and coordinator and member of the Southern Africa Women Human Rights Defenders Network (SAWHRDN).
She is a gender and social inclusion advocate, passionate about the promotion, protection, and recognition of WHRDs. co-founder of the African Initiative of Women Human Rights Defenders. Her background is in Accounting, Human Resource Management and Monitoring and Evaluation.
