1. The language of the meeting is English. No translation will be provided during the event for practical reasons.
2. Participation in the event is by invitation only. Invitations are personal and we ask you not to distribute them further.
3. If you are unable to attend, please contact us at [email protected] and include a proposal for a replacement from your organization.
4. Please register online as soon as possible and no later than January 10, 2023. (see „Registration” tab)
5. Participants whose travel costs are covered by the organizers will receive separate e-mails regarding this matter.
6. Self-payers should arrange their travel and book a hotel room directly with the hotel of their choice. More information in the „Accommodation” tab.
7. The event will start in the afternoon on Monday, February 6th and all guests are expected to travel to Warsaw on Monday. The workshop will finish on Wednesday afternoon, so that participants can travel that day. Please, plan your travel accordingly.

9. All participants will be insured by the organizers during the whole duration of their stay in Poland.
