Civil activist of the Belarusian diaspora youth in Poland. Since 2016 organize a Club of intellectualism for migrants in Warsaw. 

Executive Director and co-founder of the Belarusian Youth Hub Association (Warsaw, Poland) since August 2020. Mission of the organization – support Belarusian refugees, youth activists, NGOs and journalists creating safe creative space in Warsaw.

Representative of pro-democratic initiatives BY_Help – support victims of repression in Belarus and ByCovid19/Bymedsol – support belarusian medics.

General Representative of the People’s Embassy of Belarus in Poland since February 2021.
The main functions of the People’s Embassies:
1. Informing the public about the situation in Belarus.
2. Establishing and maintaining contacts with government bodies, public associations, trade unions, business, scientific and cultural circles abroad.
3. Protection of the rights and interests of Belarusians, assistance to those forced to leave the country.

Alexander is a specialist in Information and Communication, Belarusian State University.
Also has MA in Politics and Administration / Balkan Studies, Centre for East European Studies, University of Warsaw.
